Very very Bitter experience : Andhra Pradesh

After our prayers we bought some stuffs here & we couldnt get to our car immediately. There was a car blocked our way so we was standing outside of the temple and I was snapping few photographs. I saw a car infront of us which looks like police car and few officers was in the car.
After 15 min Uncle Satya manage to reverse and we quickly climbed over On the way back from Chittor district.

The bitter experience happened after 25 min from Sri kalahasti, the unforgetable experience. I don’t want to elaborate much on this because we wanted it to remain secret between 3+1 of us (mom, me and my sis and anor) thus publishing in the net wouldn’t be ethical. Let me give some keywords .. make your own sentence.. BN. Kandriga Police Station , 4 hours, Key, Dark, Jeep, Scorpio, Night,Kannamapuram & Suyampuram, Sumo , Sri Perumbudur, Maruthi Car , Bhai Saar, 1am —— > Racist.

Alamelu Mangayar Thayar Temple & Sri Kalahasti

After lunch we head towards Thiruchanoor - Alamelu Mangayar Thaayar Temple , it is a MUST to go temple after visiting the Lord, especially after our Special Darshan. As usual no cameras and e-devices are allowed thus no photo’s was taken. Also here we received a good darshan, it was very calm prayers. We manage to get in near to the Mulasthanaam. It was great feelings to pray there. Here we was surrounded with a group of beggar’s and also some people trying their level best to sell of their stone carvings. Well we did bought back some and Mom bought special 5 elements of Sankh and Chakra from ISCKON. Suresh was with us and the darshan ticket was Rs30 rupees each. The after we send off Suresh back to Railway station as he needs to catch the train back to Hydrabad. Mind you it is 12 hours journey although within the same state. Alamelu Manga is also known as Sri Padmavathy, She is a Hindu goddess of Wealth and Good Fortune. The road to Railway Station is quite bad . It was kinda of sad feeling that he couldn’t come with us to Sri Kalahasti, although he very much wanted. Sri Kalahasti. We drove to the temple and took us about 40min to reach. Uncle Ravi played the tamil Movie " Karupusamy Kuthaigaitharaar". Although we was feeling very tired but yes we was energetic. The temple was situated around very congested area with houses and so on, unlike Malaysia. When we stepped ino the temple we felt very divine. We was approached by a temple caretaker to purchase the Darshan ticket, Rs30 per person ( special entrace). He took us straight to the Mulasthanam, Lord Shiva is not in his usual form of Linga but in totally different form. I can’t explain what exactly I saw but i have a picture of artist impression. The surroundings are lighted with oil lamps. All the flames will not flicker except for ONE MAIN FLAME lights which will continuously FLICKER there isn’t any window/air-cond or whatever that could cause the flame to flicker but then it flickers…. YeS, it is believed the Lord is there breathing !!! Could you imagine i had goosebumps when i witnessed this. This temple is one of the 5 elements (panja bootham) of Vayu or Air. The temple priest will never touch the Idol as it is believed to be Syambhulingham - Self Manifested Linga. The offerings such as flower’s deepa arathana are offered to the Utsava Murthy not the main linga. I quietly prayed and was mesmerized with this temple. Im still thinking of the single flame that flickers….. This shows the existence of powerful vibrations and I believed our prayers are heard. The temple priest invited us to join for Abhishekam but since we was rushing we couldn’t join. Then we visited Lord’s consort Gnanamibikai Ambal, Guru Dakshinamurthy. All the 63 Shiva Saints, Linga’s and also Spadiga Lingham - Lingha in Crystal form. This temple is the only place where one can get rid of Kala Sarpha Dhosam. The Rahu - Kethu is mainly prayed here also. There is a legends story of Spider, snake , Elephant which Means Sri Kala Hasti. I will try to update later. OK, do you remember Kannapar from the Purana’s? He is one of 63 Saints of Shiva. The story comes like this, He plucked out his own eyes to offer to Linga & offered butchered meat to god since the god was not having any food. Lord Shiva was touched by his devotion and gave him Moksha. You know what I manage to snap the place where the whole thing took place. It is very high on top of the hill, i zoomed my camera to max to snap the place. And Yes it is very close shot. It is also believed he prayed in this temple. The temples architechture are very ancient and carved using single rock. This temple was built by the Great Great King’s in India those centuries. If you want to meditate it will be the best place, not much effort is needed to concerntrate . This itself proves how much of calmness and peace one will get. So guys don’t forget to to visit this temple… Yes I will surely visit the temple again. I felt gifted to witness the flame flickers.

The place where Saint Kannapar plucked his eyes.

Kannappa, ripe in love, scooped out And in the Lord’s face planted his eyes. But till he plucked and planted them He too retained a trace of price In those bright, beautiful orbs of his. Attachment to the body dies Hard, very hard indeed.

Why did the three-eyed Lord ordain That Kanappa should pluck and plant Those eyes of which he was so proud? It was to save him from the death, The deadly folly of deeming he Was flesh inert. Such is the might Of Siva.
