Manhattan Fish Pissed me OFF !!
Yesterday after our monthly meeting, I decided to take my staffs for a lunch treat at Manhattan Fish , Alamanda Putrajaya. There was only few people in the restaurant , so we placed our order for foods and drinks and chit chatting all the way long. I had 2 new joiners joining the team.. so we had so many thing to talk.. after 30min our drinks arrived.
, I was getting a bit impatient because I have a meeting scheduled after 2pm, after much follows up and stares 2 of my collegues food arrived, that is after 45 min 
, We was amazed as the fish and prawns are burned not only that even the calamari is also burned.. I wonder whether those guys have just started to learn cooking 
. More people started to come and all of their foods was served and not mine .. After 1hour 40min of waiting.. my food arrived.. as usual the food is cold although it was flamed, the calamari was hard and i just lost mood to eat…appetite gone.
When i went to settle the bill, another surprise was waiting for me.. i was charged for something that was not delivered, i even demanded to remove the service charge for their pooooooooooooor service. I was already fuming and flaming..
he better give me a discount.. Well he did 
. I did ask him why the service was slow, it seems 2 people have resigned just before we stepped in..
, We was unlucky then..
What they should have done :-
1. Before taking the order’s please alarm the customer how long they need to wait, come on it is office hours so most of us need to get back to work on timely !!
2. Don’t burn the food.. you just screwed spoil the image of Manhattan.
3. Deliver what you promise, if you say you will check how long the food will take to be served , please revert to the customer.. don’t make them to wait..
4. Don’t charge for something that you didn’t deliver.
Moral of the story : I will never go back to the restaurant again !!! They have just lost 5 customers..
it was just our blardy luck. An otherwise good restaurant...
