What a day ..Oh Man !!!

Today I had a appointment to meet up with one of the prospect investors.I was rushing as the appointment just got confirmed.I was racing in the hectic jamn to catch Star LRT from Ampang to masjid Jamek then interchange to Putra. My appointment is @ KL Sentral. I drove through LRT Ampang, to park my car and catch train. To my admist,I heard a loud bursting sound. I panicked and my throat dried. Alamak whom did I bang ? I got down the car and i was glad tht I didn’t bang anyone BUT my car tyre burst. Yes it burst !! It tore into pieces and I can only see the car Rim. WTF !! The car tyre went high up on a spikey divider which has few nut’s bolts attached & also some wires. I wonder who the hell build this up here in the middle of the road.Nope it is not my Fault, cause there was one car illegaly parked and i was trying to avoid it that had caused the tyre to went onto divider.Nevertheless, i started my car engine and drove aside, parked, pheww it was very challenging because it is just not a smooth drive.I searched low-high for my elite card and contacted the 24hour car Svcs, he came within 50min ( what a long wait), quickly changed my car tyre and took the rim and torn tyre with him. Many passerby saw but no one helped :( . Malaysian’s tidakapa attitude. Meanwhile I contacted my client and told him to wait and explained the situation. I went into LRT to take train, WTF again !! The train was jamned and delayed.. so I quickly ran out to catch a bus. I boarded the bus to Ampang Park Putra since I need to get to KL Sentral and within 10 min, the terror ride begun, I was holding my breathe and seat rail so tightly till i can see my veins bulging clearly. There was a competition between 2 bus Agency SJ & Metro ( I took Metro). It was filthy jamn but this 2 buses gave a terror ride to it’s passenger. Bangggggggggggggg.. I heard a loud sound, my cochlea was buzzing, Yes those 2 bus collided slightly on each just on side where i was sitting.I can’t stand this anymore,Just before Ampang Park I rang the bell and got down quickly because I LOVE MY LIFE very MUCH !! WTF again, I started walking towards train station & together with me another guy
walked, looked like Maharastrian. We boarded the same train, in the train i started counting the stations and quickly send a SMS to my client. ( poor thing my client waited for me). Tht Maharastrian guy sounded me, " Are you from India ??" I got a shocked, why the hell he ask me this question ? He said tht i was busy counting the stations..hahahah.. I was tensed because i was late for appointment.Very decent guy, he was looking for job and curently working as Asst.Manager, So we exchanged the contact number and I promised to pass his contact to one of the agency that I knows. We chit-chatted and he left once we reached KL Sentral.I made a quick call to my client and while waiting for him i was stopped by another guy. He gave me a paper and asked whether I could spend atleast 30min as he wanted to explain something and handed over a pampletes. I brushed him off , but he was pestering me for my contact, so i did gave him one. He wrote it down together with many other contact number. He sells life Insurance. My client came, went for dinner and we spoke abt Unit trust fund…………..it was good & healthy  conversation, he is very matured and very prominent person .He drove me back to KL Sentral, as I was quickly walking tht guy saw me again and stopped me aside, He saw the UT company printed on by suitcase and started enquiring abt Unit Trust, wow I was glad, " dun tell me he wanted to invest with me ".. So I started explaing to him abt Shares and etc (mind he was the same guy who sells life Insurance), at one point of time he started questioning me about my private life such as my age, marital status, parents name, my company and also started giving some astrological advises, I got pissed and i hate if any stranger ask for my private information, i
gave him all false answer and took my bag and walked away.. That idiotic fellow then pestered that he wanted to get me a drink, I brushed him off and he said he wanted to be my freind. First he don’t even has business card to say what he does, he was not well dressed, Taunting is against any Insurance or Unit Trust company !! And how the hell you think to question about my private information !! For me he was not ethical neither professional, he don’t know how to approach
people, people don’t get moved if you buy them a drink or wanted to be a mere friend. Building a everlasting freindship is not as easy as ABC !! Wrong way of approaching or Prospecting someone to buy Life Insurance from you when you don’t have the personality !! They way he speaks will irritate you !! He says that he is Nelson Mandela’s son :) LOL…WTF

U might be thinking why the hell i gave him chance to talk to speak to me:-
1. First he was a Indian, we need to give some kinda of support.
2. I wanted to promote my Unit trust.
3. we should have a basic humanities in us, respect people.
4. I wanted to know what are his product. I might buy if it interest me :)

BUT AT THE END OF 15MIN CONVERSATION I DIDN’T ACHIEVE ANYTHING OUT OF THIS !! He pissed me off to the max and i was simply irritated and swear I will never again entertaint this kinda of dumbo’s.
So what was his objective/motive ?? selling Insurance or something else ?? I quickly took train and went back home. It was almost 11pm. I had a tough day !! Really tough day but the worst one was bumping into the most irritated guy !!=====================================================================
Well I hope he don’t call me else he will be fired maximum. It was very noble of me to talk to him but he didn’t appreciate the conversation neither my time. TIME IS GOLD !! Be in a CLIENTELE business you will appreciate each seconds in your life.

I told my bf about this and as usual he emoticon me :( hehehehe..

  2. Trust me all this Indian helping indian are gone. Few indian guys stopped and gave me the pity look and but they didn't offer to change the tyre. I had all the tools with me. Anyway it is ok !! Lesson to be learned.

  3. I also had a punctured tyre in middle of brickfields some time back...it was 1 pm in the afternoon...damn hot..and my car was precariously stopped by the side of the road. Many people were walking by...and majority of them indians..well it was in brickfields anyway. No one even offered to help...everyone just looked and walked by. Cars was whizing just inches away from me while i was changing the tyre. And even worst my spare did not have enough air...so i had to walk some distance to a petrol station to pump the air and go back to me car to fix it.

Nowdays people just stopped caring or bothering about others. But one incident happened to me 2 years back that really made me see just how ignorant people can be. It also happened in brickfields (dont know why but i seem to encounter many bad incidents in brickfields). I was in a restaurant...and this one middle age man who was eating...suddenly just dropped down and stopped breathing. I got a shock of my life...and even more shocked when everyone just looked and carried on eating!!!...my God...how ignorant can people be??!!. I called the ambulance and another good samaritan ..a chinese girl...rushed to a nearby school..there was a function that day..and made an announcement if there were a doctor there...thank God there was ..and the doc administered CPR...but the man face was already blue...he was rushed off in a car to a clinic. I never knew what happenened to him...but i really hoped that he survied..i think he suffered a heart attack. I will never forget tht day..as it showed me the ugly side of city folks.

  4. Time has passed for indian help indians....what matters now is men helping men.
