Chettinad Chicken
Last week I promised to cook for my mom. So once at JB, we went to Tesco to shop for the ingridients. Well I never know it is gonna to be costly but it is ok. The hardest spice to get is called "Kalpasi" black stone flower
. It is important ingriedients for Chettinad food that gives the aroma and taste. I cut the chicken pieces accordingly & cooked the chicken following the receipe shared by Mullai . The outcome was good..excellent. My mom gave me A++++++++++++ for the cooking. She was indeed surprised and started asking for the method… It is not easy to get a such a certification from a great cook like my mom. She is very particular when it comes to cooking, i remember those days of getting scolding from her
