Nasi Pelita

On last tuesday , i emoticonmade my walk to Nasi Pelita 24 Hours behind Ampang Point. I ordered Mamak style Mee Goreng + Fried Chickenemoticon and warm water.. ( Sweetened beverage are not good for health). The atmosphere is very noisy and people are always busy.. The shop is always packed with people.. and mostly youngsters for lepaking - out and for insurance agents to sell their marketing skills :) LOL !! They serve fried items such a squids, crab and tiger prawns and apart from this it is their famous and mouth watering Nasi Kandar and Roti canai. I wanted to take a stop from eating Roti-Canai, it is a oily stuff and at times you can’t runaway from the tintillating roti-canai curries !!

Finally the food arrived, and it smells so good.. causing the vibrant gastronomic, the mee goreng tasted very good and fried chicked was tender and crispy.. the best thing it was server hot.

This is one of the place which i will surely go again..emoticon

Steven's Corner

Last week after my swimming class, i started feeling weak.. it could be the result of swimming after night shift with only few hours sleep.

We went to Steven’s corner near Pandan Indah, Steven has just ventured in banana leaf food. We took a chance to taste their new ventures and i was amazed with their serenity and environment.. first they served Mineral water in bottle branded under Steven’s. Next bana leaf with parboiled rice and all the vege’s in small container, pappad’s, fried salted chilly, 3 types of vege, mooru curry, payasam and rasam. We ordered extra dish Chicken purattal and mutton purattal. The taste still lingers in my tongue,  it is one of the most tasty food that i have eaten so far. Now comes the bill.. it cost only RM12 for 2 banana set lunch..emoticon. The server’s are very friendly and most importantly clean and the atmosphere is very cooling and quiet…I must go again to savour the tongue..give yourself a feast..
